Powered air purifying respirator blower unit with electronic monitoring of device functions. The unit recognizes the attached headpiece (half, full face mask, hood, helmet, protective visor or welding visor) and automatically sets the minimum flow rate. Additionally the flow rate can be manually adjusted in three levels. A sensor recognises the inserted filter and displays the saturation of the particle filter. Approved according to DIN EN 12941:2009 (in combination with Draeger X-plore 8000 Hoods, Helmets and Visors) and DIN EN 12942:2009 (in combination with Draeger X-plore Half and Full Face Masks, and Draeger FPS Full Face Masks). Ingress Protection IP65 (6-dusttight, 5-resistant to water jets from all sides).
