Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Supplynow.ca. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

Domestic Shipping

All order are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders may ship from the manufacturer and take 1-20 days to ship. This applies to all items shipping from manufacturer and not stocked at Supplynow's warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are any significant delays in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping rates are calculated by location and product weight. If your order is eligible for free shipping this option will be shown at check out. If this option is selected, the product will be shipped ground transportation.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Canada. Some provinces may not be eligible for next day air shipments. If your order is not eligible, you will be contacted by a representative by e-mail or phone. All overnight next day air shipments will be subject to shipping fee identified at checkout. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Supplynow.ca will ship to P.O. boxes if required. If this method is chosen, please allow for 2 additional day of handling. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been place with your order number.  You will receive your shipment confirmation with tracking number once the order has shipped from Supplynow or the manufacturer. Supplynow.ca will provide you with a link that provide shipment updates. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Supplynow.ca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fee imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Supplynow.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Supplynow.ca and we will work with the manufacturer and delivery service to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing this claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Canada. Please inquire about potential shipments to the US directly with a customer service representative. Contact: sales@supplynow.ca
